COVID-19 UPDATE

We have put in place strict policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. These guidelines will be above and beyond what the Tennessee Department of Health and CDC recommend.

 

  • Daily staff screening

  • Guest screening prior to appointments

  • Use of protective personal equipment for staff and guests

  • Modified scheduling and seating to ensure social distancing

  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols

  • We ask that if you are sick, have symptoms such as cough, fever, shortness of breath, or if you have been around anyone that has been sick, please do not schedule an appointment for an additional two weeks.

 

Once you arrive for your appointment:

Come to the front entrance and fill out our screening questions.  

 

  • Once you have completed the screening questions, please bring your sheet inside.  

  • Upon entering the salon you must wear a mask, if you do not have one Juel will provide it for you.  You will be escorted to the restroom to wash your hands and will then be given directions on how to proceed with your appointment.  

  • There is an additional "Because we care fee" of $15 to offset our increased operational costs due to the pandemic. Thank you for understanding.
